Breast Cancer Awareness Month with HipFits!

September had to be one of the hardest month’s for my 5th grader. Not only did she start a new school in a new district but she left behind all of the friends that she had made since kindergarten. I think this was heavier on my heart than it was for her, so I decided to head to Target and purchase a stack of blank notecards with envelopes. I filled each blank card with our new mailing address and she handed them out on the last day of school. To my surprise, the cards began to fill our mailbox and her friendships became stronger during the summer.

I wanted her to know she should still hold on to her old friendships and memories while making space for her new journey in her new school, so we decided to mail a HipFit to her favorite friend to wear, while my daughter wore one on her backpack to remind her of their friendship. Kind of like wearing a best friend charm! except these are way more fashionable and collectible, so you’ll have more fun accessorizing your backpacks, purses or lunch boxes at school!

Did you know that your purchase of HipFits allows them to donate $3.00 (for each piece) to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation?

For the month of October, HipFits will be donating $1 for every non Pink Collection dress in addition to the $3 for Pink Collection dresses!
