Our Name Is Farm and Agritecture are launching a Summer of Mindful Eating series! #Foodie

If you follow me on Instagram you know that I’m such a foodie at heart and I love to unwind with a great bottle of wine. So when I was invited to spend a special evening cheese making and wine tasting in Brooklyn, it was an offer this city girl couldn’t refuse.

Curated by Our Name Is Farm and hosted by Agritecture the class teaches you about sustainable farming and what it takes to make quality food. You don’t have to live on a farm to eat fresh!

Not only will you be making your own mozzarella using fresh quality ingredients but you’ll learn how to taste cheese, learn helpful descriptor words to better describe your experience.

Bruce Cost Ginger Ale is delicious, sparkling and rich with whole ginger (long enjoyed for digestive comfort.) Unique among ginger ales, it’s made with only fresh ginger
{no ginger extracts} and pure cane sugar. http://www.brucecostgingerale.com/
