The Back to School routine is never fun if you’re not prepared! As a Mom of 3, I still can’t say that I have my schedule in check but I’ve learned along the way which tricks help to save time and money, especially when packing lunch for a big family. To say the least, I know what works for my family and that’s online shopping!
I’ve also learned that leftovers to lunchboxes are a huge time saver and with EatPre beef, an online meat delivery service, I was able to cook meals for the week, saving this Mom a lot of time and energy scrambling to fix my kid’s lunchbox on those hectic busy mornings. Here’s what came in my EatPre Box.
(1) Chuck Roast: beef shoulder.
(1) 85% Lean Ground Beef
(1) 95% Lean Ground Beef for ground turkey and bison too.
(2) steaks: Filet Mignon & a Ribeye Steak
The Ribeye Steak and Filet Mignon was thrown on the grill with a little salt and pepper and voila! Easy peasy!
I cooked the Chuck Roast and paired it with Lundberg White Rice & Quinoa Entree. The meat was juicy and tender and I even used herbs from my garden. So fresh and delicious! The Lundberg Rice Pilaf is so convenient and easy to prepare, it literally took me 20 minutes to prepare and serve! They are vegan-friendly, USDA Organic, non-GMO, and gluten-free verified! Next up! I combined the ground beef to make my kids favorite lunch snack and afternoon snack. Empanadas! It’s my easy go-to snack that doesn’t require a plate and is so filling. Just grab and go!
EatPre beef is grass fed and finished, sourced from nutrient-rich pastures and raised with care, with no added antibiotics and no added hormones! Exactly what this Mom can appreciate!
